We require prospective franchisees to have a minimum net worth of $350,000 and liquid assets of at least $100,000. This ensures you have the financial stability to operate through the initial ramp-up period and beyond. Financing options and SBA loans may be available to qualified candidates.

The timeline from initial inquiry to grand opening typically ranges from 6 to 12 months. This includes the application and approval process (4–8 weeks), site selection and lease negotiation (4–8 weeks), build-out and renovation (2–4 months), and training (6 weeks). Your dedicated franchise coordinator will help keep the process on track.

Absolutely. We actively encourage multi-unit ownership. Once your first location is successfully operating for at least 12 months, you may apply for additional territory rights. Multi-unit franchisees receive discounted royalty rates and reduced franchise fees on subsequent locations, making expansion highly advantageous.

Franchisees contribute to a national marketing fund (2% of monthly gross revenue) that funds brand-wide campaigns, digital advertising, social media content, and PR efforts. You'll also receive a library of localized marketing assets, support for your grand opening campaign, and access to our in-house creative team for local promotions.

While we do not provide direct financing, Jet's pizza has established relationships with several preferred lenders including SBA-approved banks and franchise-specific financing institutions. Our franchise team will connect you with financing resources and help you prepare the documentation needed to secure funding.
